Kipling Law Group
Our Practice Model
Our firm includes only very experienced legal professionals. This practice model means that you are not paying to train new lawyers or staff, and we have no need to keep an army of associates busy at your expense. We do not spend long hours in meetings or preparing research memos to one another that are of no real benefit to you. We also try to pick our battles wisely. You can be confident that when we recommend filing a motion or taking a stand on a particular issue, we are thinking of what is best for you and your case—and not about what approach might generate the most revenue for our firm.

Of course there are times, particularly in complex matters, when discovery or trial preparation efforts necessitate additional help. If there comes a point in your case where we need additional staff, we are able to call on highly experienced attorneys in Seattle with whom we have worked previously to assist for as long as help is needed.
